Technorama (Winterthur)

The Technorama makes hundreds of phenomena from nature and technology tangible. At countless experiment stations, guests can get hands-on and experience and manipulate natural phenomena with all their senses to 'grasp' the world in both senses of the word.

At the Technorama, everything is meant to be touched, played with, and experimented on: touching is encouraged! Learning in the science centre happens playfully through direct experiences of natural phenomena, through art that touches us, through challenges we face in the laboratories, through dialogue with family and friends, or through tinkering, the creative process of fiddling, constructing, inventing, and exploring.

The Technorama offers variety and inspiration over several days, regardless of the weather, and ignites curiosity and enthusiasm for science and technology.

Follow Your Curiosity

The Technorama is one of the largest science centres in the world. In a single day, you will hardly be able to see everything we have to offer across three floors and over 500 experiment stations.

That’s why our tip is: decide based on your gut feeling! The rest will follow naturally when you let your curiosity and the joy of experimenting and playing guide you. We have various exhibitions to make your decision a little easier.
